On the 15th local time, the International Energy Agency (IEA) released the "April Oil Market Report", predicting that global oil demand in 2020 will decline by 9.3 million barrels / day year-on-year, while the reduction in April demand will reach 29 million barrels / day year-on-year, the lowest level since 1995. The report also predicts that the state of oil demand will gradually improve in the second half of this year, but even in December, demand will decline by 2.7 million barrels per day.

The International Energy Agency's Director Biro said on social networks that such a number is jaw-dropping, which will wipe out nearly a decade of growth in the international oil industry. However, if there is no historic OPEC and G20 countries' historic decision to reduce production, the international oil industry will be hit harder.
